Visiting the showroom
What are your opening hours?
Our published hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Sunday. Please contact us to confirm opening hours before visiting, particularly around holidays.
Can I visit at weekends or on public holidays?
Weekend visits are welcome during opening hours. Our published schedule lists public holiday and Poya closures. Please contact us to confirm opening hours before visiting, particularly around holidays.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome. We recommend arranging an appointment so there is dedicated time to explore your ideas.
What happens at a consultation?
Share your event date, inspirations and the look you have in mind. We can discuss design, fit and the next steps for your creation.

Can I commission a custom bridal design?
Yes. We create bridal attire around your preferences. Arrange a consultation to discuss your ideas with our team.
Do you create custom groom attire?
Yes. Contact us to explore a custom groom look suited to your celebration.
Do you offer bridal alterations?
Bridal alterations are available. Contact the team to discuss the garment and the adjustments needed.
Do you offer groom alterations?
We offer groom alterations too. Please ask us to assess your fit and requirements.
How early should I begin?
Contact us once you know your event date. Timing depends on the design and fitting needs; we will confirm a suitable schedule with you.
How do advances and payments work?
Please ask the team for the quotation, advance requirement and payment schedule for your order before confirming it.

Can international clients arrange an online consultation?
Yes. Online consultations and custom orders are available for international clients. Share your location and event date so we can discuss the arrangements.
Can you deliver my order overseas?
Please contact us about your destination. Delivery availability, costs and timing need to be confirmed for your individual order.
